Aromas: Striking aromas of ripe blackberries and blueberries.
Taste: Jammy dark berry-fruit aroma with a trace of vanilla which comes from the brief contact of wine with oak. The wine is full-bodied,withsoft and balanced tannins.

Vinification: Micro fermentation in 5 tones stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and pumping over system, prolonged contact with the skins for greater extraction of desired compounds.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years.
At 16-18C with all red meats grilled or seasoned with aromatic spices (cumin, coriander, cinnamon) along with creamy, cheesy polenta or grilled veggies.
Vineyard: 20 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Microlocation called Smolnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4200 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordone system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: End of September 2011. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
