Aromas: Complex aromas of fruits and citrus fruit complemented by floral nuances.
Taste: The mouth feels warm mineral structure complemented by citrus notes. It’s wine with lovely structure and pleasant and long aftertaste

Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 5 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Short contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds. Wine was aged with less (sur lie) two mounts
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years
At 10-12C with grilled fish, chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce, Caesar or chicken salad
Vineyard: 5 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Vrshnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4500 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 10000 kg/ha.
Harvest: Middle of September 2014. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
