Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 5 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Short contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years.
At 10-12C with tuna dishes, garlic-tossed prawns, fish tacos, salad with white cheese.
Vineyard: 30 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region. The area of the plantation is with density of 4500 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: End of September 2013. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks
