Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 5 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Short contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years
Chilled at 8-10C with grilled or boiled fish, asparagus or other green veggie dishes, some younger cheese
Vineyard: 15 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Smolnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4500 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 12000 kg/ha.
Harvest: October 2013. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
