Taste: Lot of dried fruits like strawberries, raspberries. Sweet, smooth and mouthfilling.

Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 3 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Long contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds and color.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years
At 8-10C with indian curry, foie gras, or with fruit and nut desserts.
Vineyard: 5 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Microlocation called Vrshnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4200 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordone system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: End of September 2013. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
