Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 5 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Wine was produced with saignee method.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years
At 1—12C with lobster, salmon, tuna, duck or delicately cooked rare lamb. Also nice with young creamy cheese like camembert and brie.
Vineyard: 15 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Microlocation called Vrshnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4200 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordone system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: Mid. of September 2014. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks
