Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 5 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Short contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years.
At 10-12C with garlicky prawns, grilled fish or squids, simple grilled chicken or lamb dishes. Also great along fresh dishes with avocados, tomatoes, green onions, olives and white cheese. Best company to asparagus.
Vineyard: 5 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Vrshnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4500 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: Middle of September 2013. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
