Aromas: Intensive Muscat aromas of lychee with flowery (white rose) and fruity notes.
Taste: Fresh and harmonious muscat taste with a pleasant sweetness and long finish.

Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in 5 tones tanks with controlled temperature. Short contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds. Wine was aged with less (sur lie) two mounts.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years.
At 10-12C with scallops, asparagus, Danish blue cheese, white peaches.
Vineyard: 20 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Smolnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4200 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: End of August 2013. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
