Taste: ripe blackberries complemented by the pleasant scent of vanilla which comes from the short contact of wine with the oak; wine with rich structure and soft ripe tannins.

Vinification: Micro fermentation in 5 tones stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and pumping over system, prolonged contact with the skins for greater extraction of desired compounds.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years
At 16-18C with grilled meat, pork chops, spicy Chinese dishes.
Vineyard: 15 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Smolnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4200 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordonesystem. Yields average around 10000 kg/ha.
Harvest: Middle of September 2010. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
