Aromas: Dominant vanilla presence on plenty of peach and citrus fruits.
Taste: Smooth and oily in the mouth with flavors of vanilla, dried fruits and citrus fruits.

Vinification: The fermentation of the grape juice is processed in new 225 lit. barriques and after malolactic fermentation wine was matured another 12 mounts in barriques with sur lie method. Wine was aged with less (sur lie) two mounts.
Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in certain conditions wine will show its potential in the next few years
At 12-14C with fine rich fish dishes, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, cheddar cheese, foie gras and all umami rich dishes.
Vineyard: 15 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region – Place called Smolnik. The area of the plantation is with density of 4500 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordon and system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: Middle of September 2012. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks.
